Tender Finder
We monitor procurement portals and frameworks that meet your business requirements in search for suitable tenders.
We identify individual procurement and framework tenders for the client to consider.
Individual tenders carry the T&C’s of the client/procurer. Framework tenders carry their own T&C’s and suppliers are limited per lot/group. There will be benchmark criteria for the suppliers to adhere to in order to gain access to the framework.
Tender Read
We read tender to help the SME to qualify whether this is the right tender for them. This is a non-legal review.
We also ask clarification questions to the client/procurer to ensure that the tender is not ambiguous in any area.
Tender Write
Our team of skilled writers will produce a response for the tender which may be limited to a few questions, or a complete response including portal management.
We will manage the completion of any additional documentation including Modern Slavery Act, Carbon Reduction Plan, Carbon Zero Statements and a number of other policies.

Our Team
The business is lead by Vicky Poole, who has spent 15 strategic new business new logo sales. Vicky is supported by a team of writers and support staff who are mostly working mums or working grandmothers. Together we have amassed nearly 80 years of tender writing experience.
Vicky Poole
After studying Applied Mathematics at Manchester University, Vic went to work in Telecoms in the International Voice Team where she looked after international calls. Vic progressed to National Voice and looked after the telephony for some UK household names. This is when Vic was first exposed to tenders.
Shortly thereafter, Vic moved into Account Management and worked in Private Defense, Transport, Education, Construction and Local Government.
Vic left corporate during the Covid pandemic so that she could do what she loved (tenders) for companies who wouldn’t normally have access to tender writers. After three years as a sole trader, Vic incorporated her business in 2023 and has started growing her team.
Over the years, Vic has become an international best seller with the Game Changers books (2020) and has been named as an International Influential business woman (2023).
Vic is a member of the Liberal Democrats and was elected to West Berkshire Council in 2023. She is the Councilor for Burghfield and Mortimer.
Vic is a mother to 2 boys and long suffering husband who tags along for the ride.
